戊菊酯合成工艺研究进展

摘要 针对国内戊菊酯质量不合格、需提高其原药含量、提高收率、降低成本的状况,综述了近年来戊菊酯合成工艺研究进展,讨论了合成工艺中存在的问题,指出目前较理想的合成方法是将α-异丙基对氯苯乙酸制成酰氯,再与间苯氧基苯甲醇进行反应制得戊菊酯,含量93%~95%,收率95%。 The pyrethrin on the domestic market is unqualified. More efforts are needed to increase the effective contents and the output efficiency and to decrease the production cost. This paper summarizes the recent developments of pyrethrin synthetic process, discusses the problems existing in the synthetic process and points out that the more ideal process currently is to produce acid chloride from α-isopropyl-4-chlorophenyl acetic acid. The produced acid chloride reacts with m-phenoxy benzyl alcohol to obtain pyrethrin. The purity is 93%~95% and the output efficiency is 95%.
