国内浮阀塔板的现状及发展

The Current Situation and the Future Development of the Float Valve Column Plates in Domestic Plants

针对国内石油化工企业大部分仍采用旧式浮阀塔板,存在板效率低的情况,综述了常用的几种浮阀塔板:F1型浮阀、L1条型浮阀、T形条阀、HTV船型浮阀及三角浮阀的结构、性能,国内使用情况,对几种类型进行比较。指出T形条阀和HTV船型浮阀塔板是值得推广应用的两种塔板,未经工业应用的三角浮阀塔板具有较好的发展前途。

In view of the situation that the float valve column plates with old design are still being used in most of the domestic petro-chemical facilities and the efficiency of these plates is low, the structure, performance and operation status of several types of commonly used float valve column plates, such as:F1 type float valve, L1 strip type float valve, T type strip valve, HTV boat type float valve and triangle type float valve, are studied in this paper. A comparison is also made among these column plates. It is pointed out that T type strip valve and HTV boat type float valve column plates are worthy of being widely used. The triangle type float valve column plate which has not been used in industry so far will have a better future.
