摘要
研究了以酒石酸为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收法测定血清中痕量锗的方法。方法的灵敏度(1%吸收)为5.49×10^(-11)g,检测下限为7.28×10^(-11)g,相对标准偏差为6.20%,回收率为100.1%。
Taking tartaric acid as matrix improver, a method of determining trace germanium in blood serum by means of graphite furnace atomic absorption spectroscopy is studied. The sensitivity of the method( 1% absorption) is 5.49×10^(-11)g, Detection limit is 7.28×10^(-11)g. Relative deviation is 6.20%. The recovery is 100.1%.
