摘要
报道了氢化物发生原子吸收光谱法测定样品中痕量锗的前处理、酸度试验及还原剂用量。建立了粮食样品中锗的测定方法:使用配有小漏斗的锥形瓶;以HNO_3—H_3PO_4—H_2O分解样品,选用20%的磷酸作反应介质;硼氢化钾浓度控制在2%。该法特征浓度达0.07μg·ml^(-1)/1%吸收,相对标准偏差3.5%。
Pretreatment of sample, acidity test and amount of reductant in the determining trace germanium in grain sample by hydride generation atomic absorption spectrophotometry are reported. A method for the determining trace germanium in grain sample is set up. Thus, in a conical flask with small funnel, sample is decomposed by HNO_3-H_3PO_4-H_2O_2, using phosphoric acid of 20% as reaction medium, concentration of potassium borohydride is controlled at 2%. The method has characteristic concentration of 0.07μg·ml^(-1)/absorption of 1%~, relative standard deviation of 3.5%.
