摘要
介绍了山梨酸的性能与应用、国内外市场、合成技术路线及技术经济分析,概述了国内外开发研制现状。建议以乙醛(或乙醇)和醋酸为原料,采用丁烯醛和乙烯酮路线,建设一个200t/a工业装置,用于生产和改进研究。
Properties and application, domestic and foreign markets, synthetic routes and technical-economical analysis have been given for sorbic acid, the current situation of exploiting and resegrching sorbic acid at home and abroad has been summarized. It has been suggested that a technical plant with scale of 200t/a be built up, using ethyl aldehyde (or alcohol) and acetic acid as raw materials, employing butenal-ethenone route, in order to research on the production and improvement of it.
