Preparation of Methyl Esters of Synthetic C_(10～20) Fatty Acid

以C_(10～20)合成脂肪酸、甲醇为主要原料,通过酯化、碱洗、水洗、减压蒸馏等实验工序合成C_(10～20)合成脂肪酸甲酯,采用正交试验法筛选出甲酯化的最佳工艺条件。

Using synthetic C_(10-20) fatty acid and methanol as major materials, by operational sequences, such as esterification, caustic and water scrubbing, reduced pressure ditillation, methyl esters of synthetic C_(10-20) fatty acid are prepared. Optimum process conditions of methyl esterification are selected by orthogonalizing process.
