华美牛肝菌对高脂血症大鼠血脂及抗氧化作用的影响

EFFECT OF BOLETUS SPECIOSUS ON BLOOD LIPID AND ANTIOXIDATION IN HYPERLIPIDEMIA RATS

目的 :探讨华美牛肝菌的降血脂作用及抗氧化能力。方法 :雄性 SD大鼠 4 0只随机分为高、低两个剂量组和高脂模型组及正常对照组 ,前 3个组给予高脂饲料喂养 ,并每日分组灌胃给 8.5 7%、 4 .2 9%华美牛肝菌匀浆液和蒸馏水 1ml/10 0 g体重 ,连续 30 d。分别测定血脂及抗氧化指标。结果 :高、低剂量组血清总胆固醇 (TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (L DL- C)、甘油三酯 (TG)和丙二醛 (MDA)含量明显低于高脂模型组 (P<0 .0 1) ,而血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL - C)含量和血清的超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力明显高于高脂模型组 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :华美牛肝菌对大鼠有明显的降血脂作用及一定的抗氧化作用。

Objective:To study the effect of Boletus speciosus to lowering blood lipid and antioxidation in the hyperlipidemia rats.Methods:The male SD rats were divided randomly into four groups:high-dosage group,low-dosage group,hyperlipidemia model group and control group.High-dosage group,low-dosage group and hyperlipidemia model group were fed on high lipid feed and were given with 1ml/100g weight of 8.75%,4.29% Boletus speciosus and distilled water by stomach perfusion for thirty days,respectively.Then the blood lipid and antioxidation were tested.Results:The serum level of total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),triglyceride(TG) and malondialdehyde(MDA) in the high and low-dosage group were significantly lower( P <0.01)than that in the hyperlipidemia model group and the serum level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol ( HDL-C) and activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in serum were significantly higher( P <0.01)than that in the hyperlipidemia model group.Conclusion:Boletus speciosus has a distinct effect to reduce the blood lipid and antioxidation in rats .
