固本活血壮骨颗粒对OP模型大鼠的影响

THE EFFECT OF GUBEN HUOXUE ZHANGGU KELI ON OP RAT MODEL

目的 :运用现代医学的方法 ,通过动物实验研究固本活血壮骨颗粒对 OP模型大鼠的影响 ,探讨其作用机制 ,为进一步指导临床实践和开发新药奠定基础。方法 :将 36只大鼠称重后随机分为 4组 ,每组 9只 :A组 (空白对照组 )、 B组 (模型对照组 )、 C组 (固本活血壮骨颗粒组 )、 D组 (尼尔雌醇对照组 )。除 A组外均摘除卵巢 ,C组、 D组连续给药 10周 ,观测指标变化。结果 :固本活血壮骨颗粒能明显提高去卵巢大鼠血清雌二醇水平 ,增强血清碱性磷酸酶和骨钙素活性 ,降低尿钙、尿羟脯氨酸水平 ,显著提高骨密度。结论 :中药固本活血壮骨颗粒具有提高雌激素的作用 ,可有效抑制骨吸收 ,刺激骨形成 ,呈现抗骨质疏松作用。

Objective:Applying modern medicine method ,through animal experiment,this article aimed to study Guben Huoxue Zhuanggu Keli's effect on OP rat model,explore Guben Huoxue Zhuanggu Kwli's function mechanism ,to provide guidelines for clinical practice and make basis for developing new medicine.Methods:36 rats were randomly assigned to 4 groups after their weights were measured .Group A was empty control group.Group B was model control group .Group C was Guben Huoxue Zhuanggu particle and Group D was Nilestriol control group.All the female rats'ovaria were removed except rats in group A.Continuous medicine had been given for 10 weeks in group C and D,and the medical indicators were observed.Results:Guben Huoxue Zhuanggu Keli can improve obviously the ovary-removed rats'serum S-E2 concentration,strengthen serum the active of ALK-P and the active of OC,reduce the urine calcium and the level of Hop ,and improve the bone mineral density significantly.Conclusion:The Chinese traditional medicine Guben Huoxue zhuanggu granules can play a significant role such as elevating the concentration of estrogen in blood,suppressing osteolysis ,stimulating osteogenesis and anti-osteoprosis
