慢性阻塞性肺病患者急性期排痰的穴位按摩疗效

STUDY ON EFFECT OF POINT MASSAGE ON PROMOTING SPUTUM EXCLUDE IN TREATMENT OF CHRONIC OBSTRUCTIVE PULMONARY DISEASE(COPD) DURING ACUTE EPISODE

目的 :探讨穴位按摩在慢性阻塞性肺病 (COPD)患者急性发作期痰液引流的作用。方法 :12 7例 COPD急性发作期患者随机分为两组 ,对照组 6 3例给予持续低流量吸氧、抗感染、止咳平喘等综合治疗 ,治疗组 6 4例在对照组基础上加用穴位按摩法 (大椎、巨喘等 11个穴位 ) ,每日 1次 ,7d为 1疗程。结果 :治疗组排痰总疗效优于对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,对咳嗽、咳痰等主要症状改善的平均时间较对照组明显缩短 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,对患者血气较治疗前有显著改善 (P<0 .0 5 ,0 .0 1)。结论 :穴位按摩有促进 COPD患者急性发作期排痰的作用 ,该方法无创伤性、无副作用、操作简便 ,患者易于接受 ,值得推广应用。

Objective:To investigate effect of point massage on promoting sputum exclude in treatment of COPD during acute episode.Method:127 acute exacerbations of COPD patients were randomly divided into two groups. 63 patients in control group were given continuous low flux oxygen therapy,control infections etc. polythrapy. 64 patients in treated group were given point massage (Dazhui?Juchuai etc. 11 points) except the same polythrapy as the control group. Point massage is done once time everyday,7 days are one period of treatment.Results:The treated group's total curative effect is precede than control group( P <0.05). The average time of alleviate cough and abatement sputum are obviously shorter than control group( P <0.05). Point massage can also meliorate arterial blood gas( P <0.05,0.01).Conclusion:Point massage can promot sputum exclude in the treatment of COPD during acute episode. This method has no hurt,no side-effect and is easy to do and easy to be accepted by patients. Point massage is worth spreading.
