摘要
我国将对事业单位进行分类管理 ,并全面实行聘用制。聘用制作为深化事业单位人事制度改革的重要手段 ,将提高事业单位的市场化程度 ,引起事业单位管理体制的重大变革。
China will administer public institutions according to their classification and implement all-around employment's system.The employment system as an important method of personal system reform for public institutions will raise the marketing course for public institutions,bring about great changes of management system in public institutions and meanwhile should increase relevant force of macrocntrol.
