摘要
理念是事物的最高价值和终极目标。民法文化的理念就是通过民法所体现的私权神圣、人格平等和私权自治表现出来 ,反映了民法对人所具有的终极关怀和价值取向 。
Concept is the highest value and final goal of objects.The Concept of civil Law's culture is shown through private-right holiness which civil law displays,equal personality and private-right autonomy.The concept reflects final care and value's trend of civil law to people and has become core and soul of establishing building of civil law.
