Pay Close Attention to and Be More Responsible for the Construction of Teacher's Moral Conducts

为了进一步贯彻落实党的十六大精神和《公民道德建设实施纲要》 ,全面推进素质教育 ,高等学校要切实把师德建设作为一项长期的基础性工作 ,坚持不懈地抓紧抓好。为此要进一步完善师德规范要点、具体要求以及考核的办法。

In order to carry on and implement the spirit of 16th CPC National Congress and the Implementing Outline of Citizen Moral Construction, and promote quality-oriented education comprehensively, higher education institutes should take the construction of teacher's moral conducts as a long-term task and supervise it unremittingly .This paper illustrates the importance of constructing teacher's moral conducts, and puts forward the main points of standard teacher's moral conducts, its concrete requirements and the ways of assessing it.
