摘要
水泵变速调节因具有显著的节能效果,得到了越来越广泛的应用。但一个值得注意的问题是:变速调节的节能效果与管路特性具有密切的关系,也就是说不同的管路特性,变速调节的节能效果不同。甚至对于某些管路系统,若把变速装置的效率考虑在内,采用变速调节与采用节流调节相比,不但不节能,反而耗能更多。因此,搞清楚管路特性对水泵变速调节节能效果的影响,对于正确运用变速调节是必要的。
The speedchange device of the water pump has remarkable energy-conservation effect and has got wider and wider application. However there exists a noticeable problem: the energy-conservation efficiency has close relation to the features of the pipeline, i.e. different pipeline features have different energy-conservation efficiencies. Even to some pipeline systems, when the efficiency of the speed change device is taken into consideration, the adoption of speed-change governing could not conserve energy but consume more in contrast to the adoption of throttle governing. Therefore, in order to apply gear-shift governing properly, it is necessary to make clear the effect of pipeline features on the energy-conservation efficiency of the water pump speed-change governing.
