生物盗版的法律救济

摘要生物盗版是近几年国际知识产权界出现的一个新事物，由于它构成了对传统知识的侵害，为越来越多的发展中国家和国际组织所重视。我国作为传统知识尤其是生物资源丰富的国家，面临着生物盗版的威胁。为此，应当深入探讨生物盗版问题，以期保护我国的传统知识。
