摘要
本研究采用中国古老月季花品种‘秋水芙蓉’与中国原产的野生蔷薇屑植物杂交的方法,来培育具有较高抗性的月季新品种群,共计13个组合,授粉花424朵,获远缘杂交种108株,最终有30株在北京地区连续2a露地越冬后存活.文中对杂种的形态、抗寒性、抗病性进行了描述与分析,并对‘秋水芙蓉’×报春刺玫的杂种进行了初步的遗传分析,提出‘秋水芙蓉’在今后的月季育种中有一定的应用价值,可以期望通过它培育出崭新的中国月季新品种。
'Qiushui Furong' is an old Chinese rose cultivar which has very long cultivation history. Since 1987, 'Qiushui Furong' has been crossed with several wild Chinese rose species with the aim for breeding highly resistant garden rose cultivars. Among 13 cross combinations, the total number of pollinated flowers is 424, resulted in obtaining 125 hybrid seedlings in which 30 seedlings survived after two winters without special protection in Beijing. The inheritance of several morphological characters were studied in F1- seedling populations arisen from crosses between 'Qiushui Furong' X R. primula. 'Qiushui Furong' has its potential when used as a parent in breeding hardy everblooming roses. An analysis has been made including morphological features,cold resistance and rose blackspot resistance of the hybrid seedlings as compared to features and resistance expressions of the parents.
