安梨,具有其特殊的性质与加工适应性。为此,我们采用独特工艺,在生产安梨汁的基础上,开发研制了安梨可乐、安梨小香槟、安梨酒、安梨果乳等系列产品,并确定了各自独特的工艺流程。
Pyrus ussuriensis possesses specific features and is easy to process. As a result, on the condition of the production of its juice,a series of products as cola,champagne,wine and fruit milk of the fruit were developed with specific techniqures. Meanwhile,their technical precedues were determined.
