振兴东北老工业基地是一个长期的系统工程。良好的行政法制环境,是实现东北老工业基地振兴的必要条件。近一段时期内,长春市行政法制环境建设取得了一定的成绩,但仍存在部分问题,如何实现东北老工业基地振兴和可持续发展,行政法制环境建设的完善与否将是其必要的条件。

The development of old industrial in the Northeast area is a long-term systematic project.The good administrative law system environment is the necessary condition under which the old industrial northeast is developed vigorously.This thesis takes the case of administrative law system environment of the Changchun city,and puts forward some suggesing.
