抗球Ⅰ号对肉用仔鸡抗球虫效果分析比较

选用一日龄艾维因鸡180只,随机分成6组,每组30只,对其中四组日粮分别加入23mg/L、25mg/L、27mg/L的抗球Ⅰ号与5mg/L的马杜霉素(Maduramicin ameonium),另外两组分别为阴、阳性空白对照组,对其进行抗球虫效果比较试验。试验结果表明:以上三种不同剂量的抗球Ⅰ号药组均具有非常有效的抗球虫效果(ACI均在180以上),而5mg/L的马杜霉素组只有中等的抗球虫效果(ACI只有171),在全期增重量效果上,以23mg/L的抗球Ⅰ号药组最佳(平均只增重1.895kg)与5mg/L马杜霉素组(1.645kg)比较,差异极显(P<0.001);与未曾感染鸡球虫病的阴性对照组(1.840kg)比较,差异不明显(F<1,P>0.05)。因此建议选用23mg/L的抗球Ⅰ号用于防治肉鸡的球虫病具有良好效果。

Choose 180 one-day-year-old chickens,divide them into 6 groups with 30 chickens in one group.Add anti- acervulime n0.1 of 23mg/L,25ppm,27mg/L and 5mg/L Maduramicin ameonium into the four groups;the other two groups are comparative groups with positire & negatire reaction.The resw It is: the abour three different dose anti - acervulime No. 1 have very obvious effect( ACI is beyond 180) ;while The 5mg/L Maduramicin ameonium has medium effect(ACI is just 171); About the effect of the add- weight the whole periold, the 23mg/L group is the best(add1.895kg for per one),compare with the 5ppm Maduramicine(1.645) ,the difference is quite obvious(p< 0.001);compare with the negative group(1.840kg), the difference is not obvious(F<1,P>05),Therefore, the 23mg/L anti-acervulime no.1 has the better effect on preventing from the illness on the aspect, which is suggested.
