摘要
目的 :探讨肾上腺髓质素 (ADM)在正常早期妊娠中的作用。 方法 :应用放免法测定 30例正常早期妊娠和10例正常非妊娠者血浆ADM水平 ,用免疫组化和原位杂交方法检测ADM蛋白、ADM及其受体mRNA在绒毛组织中的表达。 结果 :正常早期妊娠者血浆ADM水平高于非妊娠者 (P <0 .0 5 )。正常早期妊娠绒毛组织中细胞滋养细胞和合体滋养细胞细胞质中均有ADM蛋白、ADM及其受体mRNA的表达。 结论 :血浆ADM可能参与调节人类早期妊娠母体内环境稳定 ,而绒毛组织中的ADM可能促进滋养细胞的侵袭和血管系统的建立。
Objective: To study the role of adrenomedullin(ADM) in normal early pregnancy. Methods: Plasma concentrations of ADM were measured in 30 normal early pregnancy and 10 non-pregnant women by radioimmunoassay. The expression of ADM?ADM mRNA and ADMR mRNA in villus of normal early pregnancy were determined by immunohistochemistry and in situ hybridization respectively. Results: The plasma concentration of ADM in normal early pregnancy was significantly higher than that of normal non-pregnant women (P<0.05). The expression of ADM?ADM mRNA and ADMR mRNA were found in langhans cells and cytotrophoblasts of villus. Conclusion: During human normal early pregnancy, plasma ADM may be involved in the regulation of maternal homeostasis, and villus ADM may contribute to trophoblasts invision and vasculogenesis.
