“竹芪口服液”对^(60)Co放射小鼠白细胞和免疫球蛋白的影响

Effects of Zhuqi-oral on White Blood Cell and Immunoglobulin of Mouse

目的 探讨“竹芪口服液”对60 Co放射小鼠白细胞及免疫球蛋白的影响。方法 小鼠 75只 ,随机分为 2组 ,即模型组 6 0只和正常组 1 5只 ,将模型组用60 Co照射 ,造成小鼠白细胞减少和免疫功能降低 ,再将模型组随机分成治疗A、B、C组和对照组 ,各 1 5只。随后治疗A、B、C组分别按灌胃不同剂量竹芪口服液、对照组和正常组灌胃等量生理盐水 1 5d后 (每日 2次 )取血检测血细胞和免疫球蛋白。结果 对照组白细胞和免疫球蛋白显著低于其他各组 ,治疗A组显著高于其他各组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,而且这种增加效果与竹芪口服液剂量成正相关。结论 竹芪口服液明显提高小鼠白细胞免疫和体液免疫功能 。

Objective To explore the effects of Zhuqi-oral(ZQO) on White Blood Cell (WBC)and Immunoglobulin (Ig) of mouse.Methods 75 mouse were randomly divided into model ( n =60)and normal groups ( n =15), after the mouse in model group were irradiated by 60 Co for fifteen minutes, it was randomly divided into the treating group A?B and C and control group ( n =15).All treating group was given the ZQO by Ig for 15 days, but those in the normal and control groups were given isodose physiological saline by Ig for 15 days with difterent done.And then,all mouse was decapitated to take blood and detect the WBC and Ig.Results The WBC and Ig of the the control group was significantly lower than others(p<0.01),but the treating group A was significantly higher than others(p<0.01).Conclusion The ZQO can improve the cellular immunity and humoral immunity,and can be used as adjuvant of antineoplastics.
