摘要
①目的 探讨经腹近端胃大部切除术后胃瘫的病因及治疗方法。②方法 对我院 12 8例经腹近端胃大部切除术后并发胃瘫 16例病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。③结果 16例病人均经非手术治疗 ,但病情复杂 ,胃动力恢复慢。④结论 手术切断迷走神经及切除胃起搏区、手术后残留胃血供下降及手术应激是发生胃瘫的主要原因。
Objective To explore the causes and treatment of gastroparesis after transabdominal proximal subtotal gastrectomy(TPSG). Methods The clinical data of 16 cases of gastroparesis in 128 patients who had underwent TPSG were analyzed retrospectively. Results All the 16 cases received non-surgical treatment, but their paralyzed stomachs recovered slowly. Conclusion The main causes of gastroparesis are vagotomy and resection of stomach stimulation area, reduction of blood supply of the remaining stomach, and surgery stress. The treatment should be conservative, using gastric motility-promoting drugs in particular.
