脑卒中偏瘫病人早期康复治疗的效果

摘要 ①目的 探讨早期康复治疗对急性脑卒中偏瘫病人的治疗效果。②方法 将 176例脑卒中偏瘫病人 ,随机分为康复组和对照组 ,两组药物治疗基本相同 ,康复组每天进行以运动再学习及Bobath法为主的康复治疗 ,分别采用神经功能缺损评分 (CNS)、Fugl Meyer运动功能评定 (FMA)、改良巴氏指数 (MBI)评定疗效 ,并比较两组的继发并发症发生率。③结果 康复组治疗 2 6d后CNS、FMA及MBI评分差值与对照组比较 ,差异有极显著性 (t或t′=17.74~ 12 0 .94 ,P <0 .0 1) ;康复组继发并发症的发生率明显较对照组低 ,差异有显著性 (χ2 =6 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。 Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation in hemiparalysis patients after stroke. Methods One hundred and seventy-six patients with hemiparalysis after stroke were randomly assigned to rehabilitation group and control group. The drugs used in two groups were basically the same. The patients in the rehabilitation group carried out rehabilitation treatment with RMP and Bobath therapy everyday. At the end of the course,the effects were assessed with Clinical Nerve Function Limitations Score(CNS), Fugl-Meyer Assessment(FMA) and Modified Barthel Index(MBI). The complications of the two groups were compared. Results Twenty-six days after the treatment, the patients in the early rehabilitation group got significantly better scores in CNS, FMA and MBI than those of the control group (t or t′=17.74-120.94,P<0.01). The complication rate of the early rehabilitation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (χ 2=6.01, P<0.05 ). Conclusion The early rehabilitation after stroke is safe and effective.
