Pursuing the Justice Scale

本文从“枪手”现象入手,分析了这种现象背后存在的深层原因———个人利益的不当追求对程序正义以及公众的正义秉性的不利影响;程序正义和正义秉性的关系以及相互作用;进而初步提出笔者对消除此类非正义行为和“非正义行为循环性”的对策。

This paper aims at fraud in examinations and its deep cause---the illegal pursue of individuals which has a bad effect on procedural justice and the just disposition of the public; the relationships between procedural justice and just disposition and their interaction, and puts forward a strategy for getting rid of such illegal behavior and its viciousness.
