摘要 ①目的 检测胎盘绒毛滋养细胞基质金属蛋白酶 9(MMP 9)的表达 ,探讨MMP 9在胎儿宫内发育迟缓 (IUGR)发病中的作用。②方法 采用SP免疫组化法检测 37例妊娠高血压综合征 (妊高征 )并发IUGR病人和 30例非妊高征IUGR病人及 30例正常妊娠孕妇胎盘组织中滋养细胞MMP 9的表达。③结果 正常妊娠组滋养细胞MMP 9阳性表达明显强于妊高征并发IUGR组和非妊高征IUGR组 (H =13.32、16 .2 4 ,P <0 .0 1) ,而后两者差异无显著意义。而且随妊高征病情的加重 ,MMP 9的表达有递减的趋势。④结论 在妊高征并发IUGR及非妊高征IUGR病人胎盘组织中 ,滋养细胞MMP 9的表达均减少 。 Objective To detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in the syncytiotrophoblast, and to investigate the role of MMP-9 in patients with intrauterine growth retardation(IUGR). Methods SP-Immunohistochemical ana- lysis was employed to detect the expression of the MMP-9 in syncytiotrophoblasts of 37 patients with PIH complicated by IUGR, 30 IUGR patients without PIH, and 30 normal pregnant women. Results The positive expression of the MMP-9 in the normal pregnancy group was significantly higher than that in two IUGR groups (H=13.32,16.24; P<0.01), while little difference existed between this two IUGR groups. The MMP-9 positive expression tended to reduce as the PIH advanced in PIH complicated by IUGR group. Conclusion The expression of matrix metalloproteinase-9 decreases in placenta syncytiotrophoblast in both PIH complicated by IUGR group and IUGR without PIH group.
