社区护理干预对高血压病人服药依从性的影响

THE EFFECT ON COMPLIANCE IN PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENSION UNDER COMMUNITY INTERVENTION OF NURSING

①目的 探讨社区护理干预对高血压病人服药依从性的影响。②方法 2 0 0 1年 1月～ 2 0 0 3年 6月我院出院的高血压病人 10 4例 ,随机分为 2组 ,护理干预组 5 8例 ,对照组 4 6例。出院时两组病人均接受本科系统的治疗及健康教育。出院后对护理干预组的病人进行 6个月的护理干预 ,对照组不施加任何影响。 6个月后对所有病人进行问卷调查。③结果 干预组药物治疗依从率为 73.76 % ,对照组为 4 5 .6 5 % ,两组比较差异有显著意义(χ2 =7.6 93,P <0 .0 1)。④结论 社区护理干预可以明显提高病人药物治疗依从率 ,从而提高高血压的控制率 。

Objective To evaluate the effect on patients compliance with anti-hypertension therapy under community attendance intervention. Methods One hundred and four patients discharged from our hospital during 2001.1-2003.6 were randomly divided into two groups: attendance intervention (AI group, n=58) and control group (n=46). All of them received education on knowledge concerning the systemic therapy and health when leaving hospital. Nursing intervention was carried out for six months for those in AI group, nothing was done for the control. A survey was conducted using a questionnaire after six months. Results The rate of compliance with drug-taking was 73.76% for AI group, while 45.65% for the control. The difference was marked ( χ 2=7.693,P<0.01). Conclusion Community nursing intervention may greatly enhance the patients compliance with therapy, improve the control of blood pressure and reduce complications.
