摘要
①目的 利用增生性瘢痕模型评价川芎嗪等药物对增生性瘢痕的疗效 ,为临床应用上述药物提供理论依据。②方法 建立兔耳增生性瘢痕模型 ,随机分组 ,各组分别应用生理盐水、复方丹参、川芎嗪、甘利欣、康瑞保、曲安奈德治疗。 4 0d后收集标本 ,分别从大体观察、组织形态学、生化指标等方面进行比较。③结果 治疗后对照组和康瑞保组瘢痕仍较明显 ,复方丹参、川芎嗪、甘利欣组瘢痕较用药前减轻 ,曲安奈德组瘢痕基本消失。复方丹参、川芎嗪、甘利欣以及曲安奈德组增生指数与对照组比较差异有显著意义 (t=3.6 5~ 7.4 6 ,P <0 .0 5 ) ;康瑞保组与对照组比较差异无显著意义 (t=1.33,P >0 .0 5 ) ;复方丹参、川芎嗪、甘利欣以及康瑞保组与曲安奈德组比较差异有显著意义 (t=2 .78~ 6 .4 2 ,P <0 .0 5 )。复方丹参、川芎嗪、甘利欣以及曲安奈德组羟脯氨酸含量与对照组比较差异有显著意义 (t=3.32~ 6 .4 8,P <0 .0 5 ) ;康瑞保组与对照组比较差异无显著意义 (t =0 .75 ,P >0 .0 5 ) ;复方丹参、川芎嗪、甘利欣以及康瑞保组与曲安奈德组比较差异有显著意义 (t =2 .5 1~ 5 .34,P <0 .0 5 )。④结论 川芎嗪等中药制剂对增生性瘢痕有治疗作用。
Objective To evaluate the effects of ligustrazine and other drugs by using animal model of hypertrophic scar. Methods The animal model of hypertrophic scar was established. The rabbits were randomized into six groups. Normal saline, salvia miltiorrhizae, ligustrazine, diammonium glycyrrhizinate, contractubex, and triamcinolone acetonde were given, respectively. Samples were colleted after 40 days. The results of gross observation, histomorphology and biochemistry were compared. Results After the treatment, the scar was still obvious in the control and contractubex-treated groups, reduced distinctly in the salvia miltiorrhizae ligustrazine and diammonium glycyrrhizinat-treated groups, and almost disappeared in the triamcinolone acetonde-treated group. The hypertrophic index in the groups of salvia miltiorrhizae, ligustrazine, diammonium glycyrrhizinate and triamcinolone acetonde was significantly different from that of the control group (t=3.65-7.46, P<0.05), while the difference between the contractubex and control group was not remarkable(t=1.33,P>0.05); the result of the groups of salvia miltiorrhizae, ligustrazine and diammonium glycyrrhizinate was significantly different from that of the triamcinolone acetonde-treated group (t= 2.78- 6.42, P<0.05). The hydroxyproline of the groups of salvia miltiorrhizae, ligustrazine, diammonium glycyrrhizinate and triamcinolone acetonde was significantly different from that of the control group (t=3.32-6.48,P<0.05), the difference between the contractubex and control group was not remarkable (t=0.75,P>0.05); the groups of salvia miltiorrhizae, ligustrazine and diammonium glycyrrhizinate had remarkable difference from the triamcinolone acetonde-treated group (t=2.51-5.34,P<0.05). Conclusion Ligustraine and other TCM drugs are effective against hypertrophic scar.
