低酚棉品种资源纤维品质的研究

A Study on Fibre Quality of the Germplasm Resources of Low Gossypol Upland Cotton

本文对国内外120份低酚棉品种资源和91份高酚棉品种资源的纤维长度、比强度、麦克隆值、纤维整齐度比和纤维伸长率5项主要纤维品质指标进行了分析,其目的在于了解我国所掌握的低酚棉纤维品质现状和水平。结果表明,低酚棉品种(系)的2.5%跨距长度总体平均为27.9mm,属27mm 级别。但最大值为30.8mm,可达31mm 优质级别。纤维比强度总体平均为20.8g/t(?)x,属低强力范围,而最大值达到了高强力的标准。麦克隆值总体平均值超出正常范围,最小值为4.0,属于成熟度良好、细度中等范围。本文对上述5项指标全部进行了变异范围、标准差、变异系数等参数的分析。比较国内与国外的低酚棉及高酚棉品种(系)各项纤维品质指标,国内育成的低酚棉品种(系)纤维长度较国外育成的品种(系)略长。比强度低于国外育成的品种(系)。对我国各省份(或育种单位)育成的低酚棉品种(系)的5项纤维品质指标进行比较,结果为纤维长度和比强度以中棉所育成的品种(系)较优。

The measurement of the fibre length,strength,micronaire value,uniformity and elongation was made with 120 low gossypol varieties(lines)and 91 glanded cottons.The result indicated that the averages of 2.5% spanlength,fibre strength,micronaire value of low gossypol cottons were27.9mm,20.8g/tex and 5.5mg/inch,respectively,and were inferior tothose of glanded cottons.The comparison study showed that the fibrelength of China-bred low gossypol varieties(lines)was longer,but thestrength was lower than that of foreign cottons.The fibre properties oflow gossypol cottons from different provinces of China were also comparedand analyzed.
