摘要
研究了层理鞭枝藻藻红蓝蛋白α亚基(α PEC)的可逆光致变色活性的pH稳定性、热稳定性及耐疲劳性等光化学性质。将α PEC固定于琼脂糖、明胶、海藻酸钠和聚乙烯醇-海藻酸钠等不同载体上,检测了固定化α PEC在不同时间、不同可逆光致变色循环次数后的剩余光化学活性,经过对凝胶的机械强度,稳定性及制作工艺等的比较,发现琼脂糖是α PEC的一种较好的固定化载体。
Influence of pH value, temprature and illumination on the photo chemical activity of α-subunits of phycoerythrocyanin was investigated .We embedded α-PEC in various carriers such as agar ,gelatin, sodium alginate. polyvinyl alcohol-sodium alginate. The photochemical activity of immobilized α-PEC was studied. In comparision with the mechanical strenghs ,the stability of immobilized α-PEC and the manufacturing procedures, the agar is selected as the better carrier for immobilized α-PEC.
