烷基取代聚噻吩的化学合成与光电性能研究进展 被引量:17

摘要  概述了烷基取代聚噻吩的三种合成方法,即Fe(Ⅲ)催化剂合成法、Ni(0)催化剂合成法和Cu/PdCl2催化剂合成法。介绍了烷基取代聚噻吩稀溶液和薄膜的光吸收、光发射性能,薄膜的热致变色性能及以这些材料为发光活性物质制作的发光二极管的发光性能,展望了烷基取代聚噻吩衍生物的合成与应用前景。 By using Fe(Ⅲ), Ni(0) and Cu/PdCl_2 as catalyst to synthesize conducting poly(alkylthiophene)s , three catalystic methods are outlined. Some properties of emitting active poly(alkylthiophene)s, including absorption and emitting properties, the thermachromic properties of films, and electroluminescent properties of LEDs made from these materials, are reviewed. The applications of alkyl substituted poly(thiophene)s to electro-optics fields are prospected.
