摘要
大白菜核型雄性不育株花粉母细胞的发育及减数分裂过程正常。小孢子败育发生在四分体形成以后。败育过程伴随绒毡层细胞的异常分裂或肥大生长。绒毡层充塞药室的大部空间,小孢子发育受阻,退化败育。
Pollen abortion in the nuclear male sterile Chinese cabbage wasstudied.The result showed;In the male sterile plant,the development ofmicrospore mother cells was normal,the meiosis proceeded normally toform the tetrads;Microspore abortion occured after the tetrad formation.with the abortion of microspores,the tapetal cells were seen to have ananomaly division,consequently the tapetum became three-or-more-layeredthick,packing almost all the space of anther chambers.
