一次挤压充填防砂工艺技术研究及应用

STUDY AND APPLICATION OF PRIMARY SQUEEZE PACKING SAND CONTROL TECHNIQUE

在综合分析国内外多种疏松砂岩油藏防砂工艺优缺点的基础上,论述了一次挤压充填防砂技术工艺原理,探讨了防砂工艺设计中砾石直径、管柱结构设计以及施工技术参数的选择及优化,该项工艺的优点及适用条件,实践中的一系列针对性的配套措施。实践表明,该技术具有防砂成功率高、效果好、施工周期短、成本低等优点。

On the basis of comprehensive analysis of advantages and disadvantages of sand control technique in loose sand reservoirs at home and abroad,the paper present the principle of once squeeze packing sand control technique,discusses the optimization of gravel diameter,pump pressure,displacement and prop-carrying capacity etc.parameters in sand control design and introduces the advantages and applicability of the technique.The application results in the Shengli oilfield shows that the technique has the advantages of high success ratio in operation,good sand control effect,short operation cycle and low operation cost.
