摘要
本文对秦皇岛市肉鸡示范场出口冻鸡加工环节及成品,进行了微生物污染状况研究、分析,找出了危险分析关键控制点,污染指数,并提出预防措施。
The microorganism contaminative information of export frozon chicken in Qin huangdao model broiler farm was studied in this assay. The HACCP, contaminative lindex and preventing method were found and put forward.
