摘要
对山杏实生群体植株的叶、花、果共22个性状变异性研究的结果表明,其中21个性状符合正态分布,属多基因控制的数量性状;雌蕊发育程度可能有主基因参与;核重、仁重、花期及雌蕊发言程度的变异性最大,具有较大的选择潜力。文中并估计了山杏实生群体中取样的理论样本容量,以及推荐了各性状的选择标准。
The variability of 22 characteristics of leaves, flowers and fruits at P. sibirica L. were studied. The information of 21 characteristics showd as normal distribution, and belonged to the quantity characteristics which were controlled by polygene. The other (pistil development) probably was controlled by some main genes. Stone weight, kernal weight, flower stage and pistil development had larger variations and better selections. The capacity of sampling and select breeding standards of different characteristics were studied, too.
