摘要
体外常规实验,对家兔、驴和牛的CaCl_2富血小板血浆(PRP)中的血小板进行了形态观察和聚集功能测定,并用柠檬酸钠富血小板血浆做对照,结果表明:①家兔、驴和牛的CaCl_2—PRP中血小板处于活化状态;②BaSO_4诱导CaCl_2—PRP中血小板聚集强于白陶土,种间差异:牛>驴>家兔(P<0.01);③白陶土只能诱导牛CaCl_2—PRP中血小板聚集,对家兔和驴无致聚作用;④凝血酶(Thr)、二磷酸腺苷(ADP)和肾上腺素(Adr)诱导家兔和驴的CaCl_2—PRP中血小板聚集能力分别为ADP>Thr>Adr和Thr>ADP>Adr(P<0.01)。
The morphological features and functional aggregation of platelets presented in platelet-rich plasma(PRP)anticoagulated by CaCl_2(final concentrations 72mM)from rabbit、ass and cattle were observed and examined respectively by classical assays, in conlrast with platelets in citrate-PRP. The experiment results as the followings: 1. The platelets presented in CaCl_2-PRP from rabbit、ass and cattle were on stimulation. 2. BaSO_4 was a stronger stimulus than Kaolin for induction of aggregation of platelets presented in CaCl_2-PRP, the different velocities of platlets aggregation from heterospecies induced by BaSO_4 were significantly cattle>ass>rabbit(P<0.01). 3. Kaolin only induced aggregation for cattle platelets in CaCl_2-PRP but did not for rabbit and ass. 4.The different velocities of aggregation of platelets presented in rabbit CaCl_2PRP induced by ADP、thrombin(Thr)、adrenaline(Adr)were significantly ADP>Thr>Adr, but ass platelets were Thr>ADP>Adr (p<0.01). The aggregations of rabbit platelets induced by The were prevented but ass platelets were activated by high concentrations of calcium chloride in contrast with platelets presented in citeate-PRP.
