摘要
本文讨论甜菜糖蜜制草酸工艺。在规定的实验条件下,甜菜糖蜜氧化可得70.6%的草酸。小心控制氧化温度、适量的硝酸与硫酸、结晶母液的循环利用等措施,可显著提高草酸的产率。
The paper discussed the technology of oxidation of beet molasses to produce oxalic acid. 70.6% oxalic acid is abtained when beet molasses is oxidized at provididexperimental conditions. The yield of oxalic acid can be raised obviously if the temperature of oxidation is controlled carefully, the amout of nitric acid and ulphric acid are adequate, the crystal mather solution is used circulatively.
