本文以自己在教学中的体会,探讨了教师教学中的角色问题,形象地把教师比作引导员、导演、演 员、组织者、主持人、法官和广告商。摆正自己的位置,是教师搞好教学的基础。
The paper hold that teacher' role in reality is conductor, director, actor (actress), organization person, manager, judge, and advertisement agent. And only to be as these roles, the teaching is efficient.
