对高校体育教学融入健康教育的探讨

Discussion on incorporating health education to university's P.E.

通过对健康教育与体育教育关系的分析 ,阐述了体育教育中融入健康教育的必要性 ,以使体育教育能更深入、全面地发展学生身心的素质 ,增强体质 ,从而更好地实现素质教育的目标 ,提出了在高校体育教学中融入健康教育的途径。

Through an analysis of the relation between health education and sports education,this paper discussed the necessity of executing the health education in sports education in order to develop the students in an all-round way and build up the body so as to realize the goal of education for all-round development.
