曲张大隐静脉平滑肌细胞、弹性纤维和胶原纤维的形态学变化

Morphological changes in the smooth muscleand elastic and collagenous fiber of the varicose great saphenous

目的 观察曲张大隐静脉的平滑肌细胞、弹性纤维以及胶原纤维组织学的变化 ,探讨静脉曲张与平滑肌细胞、弹性纤维及胶原纤维之间的关系。方法 曲张大隐静脉 7例 ,正常大隐静脉 4例 ,进行HE染色和Weigert染色后在光学显微镜下观察。结果可见曲张大隐静脉内腔增大 ,管壁增厚 ,平滑肌细胞形态异常 ,排列不规则 ,弹性纤维断裂呈不连续分布 ,数量明显减少 ,胶原纤维增生 ,排列紊乱。结论 平滑肌细胞结构的破坏及结缔组织成分的异常与静脉曲张的发生密不可分。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the varicosis andsmooth mucle cell(SMC)and between the varicosis and elastic fiber(EF), collagenous fiber(CF) by studying the morphological changes of the SMC, EF and CF in the varicose great saphenous(GS). Methods Seven samples of varicose GS and four samples of normal GS obtained from operation respectively were stained with HE and Weigert, and then observed under light microscope.Results The caliber of the varicose GS was larger than the normal, and its wall was thick. Abnormal morphology and irregular arrangement were found in SMC. In the varicose GS, the EF was discontinuous and its content was markedly reduced. High amount and abnormal arrangement of collageon fiber were also detected in the varicose GS.Conclusion The pathogenesis of varicosis is closely associated with the structural changes in SMC, and the abnormality in the components of the connective tissue.
