摘要
目的 报道多种瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统定量测定肿瘤患者血清中 12种肿瘤标志物的实验结果。方法 用蛋白芯片技术定量测定 6 17例肿瘤患者和 36例正常人血清中 12种常见肿瘤标志物 :癌抗原 19 9(CA19 9)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶 (NSE)、铁蛋白 (Ferritin)、β 绒毛膜促性腺素 (β HCG)、甲胎蛋白 (AFP)、癌胚抗原 (CEA )、癌抗原 2 4 2(CA2 4 2 )、游离前列腺特异性抗原 (F PSA)、前列腺特异性抗原 (PSA)、癌抗原 12 5 (CA12 5 )、人体生长激素 (HGH)和癌抗原15 3(CA15 3)。结果 阳性率超过 5 0 %是 :肝癌的阳性率(AFP、CA2 4 2、CA12 5、Ferritin)分别为 86 96 %、5 2 17%、5 4 35 %、5 0 0 0 % ;肺癌的阳性率 (NSE、Fessitin)分别为5 4 93%、5 0 34% ;胃癌阳性率 (CA19 9)为 5 7 90 % ;结肠癌阳性率 (CA2 4 2 )为 5 9 5 2 %。它们的特异度均 >96 0 %。结论 采用蛋白芯片技术同时测定肿瘤患者血清中多肿瘤标志物 ,方法简便 ,价格低廉 。
Objective To study multi-tumor marker protein chip diagnose systerm to detect the values of serum 12 tumor markers in malignant tumor patients.Methods Using protein chip to determine and analyse the concentration of 12tumor markers (CA19-9, NSE, Ferritin, β-HCG, AFP, CEA, CA-242, f-PSA, PSA, CA125, HGH, CA153) in 617 malignant tumor patients and 36 controls.Result The positive ratio of liver conce (AFP, CA242, CA125, Ferritin) was 86.96%, 52.17%, 54.35%, 50.00%,respectively. The positive ratio of lung conce(NSE,Ferritin)was 54.93%, 50.34%;the gastric cancer (CA19-9) was 57.91% and the colon cancer(CA242) was 59.52%. Specificity of these indicators all exceeded 96.0%. Conclusion Multi-tumor marker levels in serum can be deteded by using protein chip. The method is cheap, convenient and can provide much more information for clinic diagnosis.
