特定位置复位治疗颈性眩晕50例临床分析

Clinical analysis on treatment of 50 cases with cervical vertigo by the positive bone skill at the particular position

目的 探讨颈性眩晕的发病机制与治疗方法。方法 用特定位置的定点复位手法治疗 5 0例急性发作的颈性眩晕患者。结果 5 0例患者中 ,1次治疗缓解者 4 2例 ;当日 2次治疗缓解者 3例 ;当日未缓解者 5例。结论 特定位置的定点复位手法是缓解颈性眩晕的有效方法之一。

Objective To exploit the etiology and management of cervical vertigo.Methods 50 cases of cervical vertigo were treated by the positive bone skill at the particular position.Results Cervical nertigo of 42 cases markedly improveed by once treatment;3 cases markedly improveed by two treatments in the same day;5 cases were ineffective in the same day.Conclusion Restoration by positive bone skill at the particular position is one of the effective treatment for cervical vertigo.
