摘要 通过对强酸阳离子交换树脂催化蔗糖溶液水解过程的初步研究,讨论了糖液浓度对催化蔗糖溶液水解速率的影响。文章认为:树脂催化水解的过程是一个双重的催化过程,而非均相的界面催化反应起主导的催化作用。因此,强化固液间的分子扩散和界面更新是提高树脂催化蔗糖溶液水解速率的途径。 Studying the inversion of sucrose solution by strong acid cation exchange resin, this paper discusses the effect ofthe concentration on the rate constant of the hydrolysis. It is pointed out that this reaction process is a heterogeneous catalysisand that the interphase catalysis plays the dominant action in this process. So, enhance the molecule diffusion and the interphaserenovation is the way to increase the rate of hydrolysis.
