摘要
当前,开展交通战略环境影响评价技术的研究,建立适合于中国的交通战略环评体系,为国家的宏观决策提供科学的理论依据,进而从源头上避免公路建设带来的生态环境破坏,这是实现交通可持续发展的重要保证。
With developing in studying strategic environment assessment(SEA),setting up the fitting SEA system in China,that could provide the technological data to make the macro-decision. It would avoid trouble the environment during the engineering construction. It is the main ensured way to keep the construction sustained developing.
