摘要
为了有针对性地采取预防措施,最大限度地减少压力容器爆破事故发生的根源,对部分爆破的圆筒形压力容器起爆点位置进行了统计分析,得知由环焊缝引起的压力容器破坏几率远远大于由纵焊缝引起的破坏,环焊缝是压力容器中薄弱环节之一。据此提出了在今后设计、制造、检验、安装、使用、维修一系列过程中,要改变过去只单方面注重纵焊缝质量,轻视环焊缝质量的观念,应加强对环焊缝质量这一薄弱环节的认识。
It is aimed at that to take the preventive measures to reduce the source of pressure vessel blowing up accident to a minimum,the statistical analysis for the detonaiting location of some tube-shaped pressure vessels,we find that the chance of accident caused by encircling welding seam is far more than that of vertical welding seam,encircling welding seam is one of the weak segment in pressure vessel.Thus,offered in the process of design, manufacture ,inspection ,installation ,operation and maintennance,we must change the idea of that we only pay attention to the vertical welding seam,despite the encircling welding seam, we should enchance the understanding of the quality of encircling welding seam—the weak segment.
