乾坤胶囊治疗肺癌的中医药机理研究

Study on the TCM Mechanism of QIAN-KUN Capsule in the Treatment of Lung Cancer

通过对有关文献的分析结合自身研究体会 ,从肺脏的生理、病理及肺脏与其他脏器之间的关系等诸多方面 ,系统阐述了肺癌的发生、发展过程。提出了“肺癌其正虚 (阴虚、气虚 )为病是本 ,邪实 (包括气滞、血瘀、痰凝、湿聚、毒壅 )为病是标” ,“肺癌的病理因素以湿、痰、瘀、毒为主” ,“病机关键为痰湿瘀毒交阻 ,壅塞肺络 ,积久正虚” ,“肺癌之为病是湿痰瘀同病” ,“晚期肺癌 ,正气亏虚、癌毒蕴聚”的观点 ,有力地揭示了癌毒在肺癌发生、发展及其演变中的作用 ,探讨了肺癌之毒、痰、湿、瘀的病理因素及四者之间关系 ,充分论证了肺癌癌毒深伏、湿痰瘀蕴聚、气阴亏虚的基本病理机制。在此基础上 ,确立了肺癌的基本治疗方法 ,并就化瘀解毒、益气养阴、燥湿豁痰散结这一治法的作用机理和应用要点做了详细说明。

The genesis and progression of lung cancer were systematically expounded by analyzing the related literatures combined with the experiences ourselves,from many aspects including physiology and pathology of lung and the relationship between lung and other organs.The viewpoints were put forward that “deficiency of the vital qi(deficiency of yin and deficiency of qi)was basic cause of the disease,however,the evil factors including stagnation of qi,blood stasis,stagnancy of phlegm,damp stagnancy and toxic factor were superficiality of the disease”. “main mechanism of the disease was that the accumulation of phlegm\|dampness combined with toxic factors in the lung for a long time caused the deficiency of the vital qi”. “Lung cancer was the disease which was involved in dampness,phlegm and blood stasis together”.“The advanced lung cancer was deficiency of vital qi and accumulation of cancer toxicants”. These viewpoints convincingly revealed the effects of cancer toxicants in the genesis,progression and prognosis and explored the pathological factors of lung cancer and the relationship among toxicant,phlegm,dampness and blood stasis,which also demonstrated that the basis pathological mechanism of lung cancer was cancer toxicants accumulating inside the body,stagnancy of dampness and phlegm and the deficiency of qi and yin.On the basic viewpoints above,the basic therapy for lung cancer was decided,and the action mechanism of the therapy was minutely explained,which was to remove blood stasis,supplement qi and nourish yin,dry the damp and eliminate the phlegm.
