Survivin、MVD在人脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义

The expression and meaning of survivin and MVD in human glioma.

目的 探讨Survivin基因在人脑胶质瘤中的表达 ,及其与MVD的相关性。方法 采用免疫组织化学SABC法检测Survivin、CD34在 4 1例胶质瘤及 10例正常脑组织中的表达。结果 Survivin蛋白在正常脑组织中无表达 ,4 1例胶质瘤中 ,2 5例呈阳性表达 ,占 6 1 0 % ,Ⅰ～Ⅱ级和Ⅲ～Ⅳ级间的表达有显著性差异P<0 .0 5 ) ;胶质瘤组织中Survivin蛋白的表达与MVD的表达密切相关P <0 .0 1,rs=0 .70 7)。结论 Survivin蛋白异常表达在胶质瘤的恶化中起重要作用 ,它可能促进血管内皮细胞的增生 。

Objective To explore survivin gene expression in human gliomas and the relationship between its expression and MVD.Methods Expression of survivin and CD34 were assessed by immunohistochemistry staining in 41 cases of glioma.Results Survivin was expressed in 25 of 41(61.0%) cases of glioma,and not expressed in 10 eases of normal brain tissue.There has significient difference between low grade(Ⅰ～Ⅱgrade)and high grade(Ⅲ～Ⅳgrade)of gliomas(P〈0.05).There was correlation between survivin expression and MVD(P〈0.01,r_s=0.707).Conclusion The over expression of survivin plays an important role in the development of glioma,and probably promotes the proliferation of vascular endothelial cell then accelerated the multiplication of tumor.
