诺维本治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者的临床观察

The efficacy of NVB on the treatment of advanced cancer patients.

目的 探讨NVB为主的化疗方案治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效、毒性及与疗效相关影响因素。方法 本组 2 6例 ,男 16例 ,女 10例。其中非小细胞肺癌 13例、乳腺癌 11例、宫颈癌 2例 ,用NVB为主方案化疗三周期。结果 CR6例、PR12例 ,主要毒性白细胞下降占 6 5 4 % ,消化道反应占 4 0 9% ,既往化疗史及病程早晚、癌细胞的分化程度对疗效有明显影响 (P <0 .0 5 )。

Objective By using novelbine (NVB) involved combined chemotherapy regiments, we studied the effect,side-effect and the factors on advanced cancer patients. Methods Totally 26 patients including 13 non-small cell lung caner;11 breast cancer and 2 cervical cancer entered study.The chemotherapy regiment was NVB.Results The main side-effects were leukocytopenia,vomitting and nausea. Patients who had chemotherapy history or in late stage of disease were intended to contract severe side-effect.Conclusion The NVB contained chemotherapy regiments are superior to traditional chemotherapy regiments.[
