摘要
综述了沸石分子筛膜的合成方法和应用。介绍了制备沸石分子筛膜最常用的水热合成法。包括晶种法和原位合成法,以及沸石分子筛膜在气体分离、渗透汽化和膜反应器中的应用。重点阐述了被广泛研究的MFI型分子筛膜的制备方法与应用。详细讨论了多孔支撑体、晶种、水热合成条件以及合成液组成等因素对晶体生长和膜的形态以及对MFI型分子筛膜分离性能的影响,介绍了定向生长MFI型分子筛膜制备方法的最新进展。展望了沸石分子筛膜的研究方向。
Synthesis methods and applications of zeolite membranes were reviewed. The most common synthesis technique of zeolite membranes - hydrothermal crystallization - including seeded growth and in situ growth method, was introduced. Zeolite membranes have mainly been applied to gas separation, pervaporation, and membrane reactors. This review focused on widely studied MFI molecular sieve membranes. Many factors such as porous supports, crystal seeds, gel compositions, and hydrothermal crystallization conditions etc. affected crystal growth and membrane morphologies. These effects on separation properties of MFI membranes were discussed in detail. The latest progress in preparation of oriented MFI molecular sieve membranes were introduced. Further studies of zeolite membranes were suggested.
