食品包装袋残留溶剂测定方法的研究

Research on food pollution of residual solvent in food packing bags

[目的 ] 建立食品包装袋生产过程中有毒物质的测定方法。 [方法 ] 对塑料包装厂生产的包装袋及用此包装袋放置的食品 ,用气相色谱法测定残留物质并对方法做了精密度和回收率试验。 [结论 ] 建立了灵敏、精密、准确的检测方法。包装袋生产过程中有机溶剂对食品确有污染。 [结论 ] 食品包装企业应使用无毒的彩印油墨和稀薄剂 ,产品应放置一段时间 ,有关部门应制定食品包装企业或包装食品有毒物检测方法和标准。

Objective] To set up test method for detection the poisonous substance in food packing bags. [Method] The packing bags produced by certain plastic package factory. The residual solvent in the bags as well as in the food put into the bags were tested in gaseous chromatogram wary, both in its precision and in its rate of recovery. [Result] Having set up a sensitive precise, exact test method, it proved that the organic solvent in processing packing bags had polluted the food. [Conclusion] Food pack enterprise should use nontoxic colorur printing ink and diluter their products should be put aside for a certain period of time. The related department should set up standard and test method to detect poisonous substance for food pack enterprise or packed food .
