摘要
采用祛腐化瘀生肌中药灌注等内外合治疗法治愈复杂性窦道或瘘管 43例 ,外治分拔毒蚀管、提脓祛腐、化瘀生肌几个阶段 ,分别用药线蘸掺药引流加药膏外敷 ,管腔内药液灌注 ,配合绑缚、垫棉、热烘等疗法促进管腔闭合 ,并根据患者全身状况辨证论治 ,酌情内服清热解毒、益气托毒、活血生肌之剂 ,疗程最短 3周 ,最长 7个月。该疗法具有无创伤、无全身反应、痛苦小、治愈后功能及外形恢复较好、后遗症少的优点。

Theshortestcourseofthetreatmentswas 3weeksandthe longestcoursewas 7months .Chineseherbaltherapyisin tact,nogeneralreaction ,littlesuffering ,betterrestorationin functionsandexternalshapeandlesssequelaaftercure .
