摘要
分别以60 钴一次性全身照射和环磷酰胺腹腔注射造成放、化疗大鼠模型。观察放、化疗状态下大鼠红细胞免疫粘附功能 ,红细胞免疫粘附促进和抑制因子的变化。结果发现放射损伤和注射环磷酰胺造成红细胞免疫功能低下 ,但是机制并不完全相同 ,而固真方对两种模型动物的红细胞免疫功能都有较好的调节作用。
Inthisexperiment ,rat modelsofradiotherapyand chemotherapyweremaderespectively bysingleradiationonthewholebody with60 cobaltandabdominalinjection withcyclophosphamidetoobserve erythrocyteimmunosorbentfunction andchangeinthepromotivefactor andinhibitoryfactoroferythrocyte immunosorbentinratsunderradio therapyandchemotherapy .There sultsshowedthatradiationinjuryand injectionofcyclophosphamidecaused hypofunctioninerythrocyteimmuni ty ,butthemechanismswerenot completelysimilar .Anyhow ,“True ConsolidationFormula”hasabetter regulatoryfunctionforerythrocyte immunityintheanimalsofthetwo models
